Objective of the Award

By honouring the accomplishments of visionary entrepreneurs, the awards serve as a powerful platform that not only celebrates success but also fuels aspiration and learning for the next generation of change makers.
Eligibility Criteria
General Eligibility:
- Open to companies, organisations, brands, or services operating in sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, Finance, E-commerce, Hospitality, Education, Social Impact, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, and more.
- The initiative/work must have been implemented and showcased impact between June 2025 and July 2025.
- The company/brand must be registered, legally operational, and active in the Indian market.
- There is no limit to the number of entries a participant (individual or organization) can submit.
- The same entry can be submitted to multiple categories, but each must be submitted separately with individual entry fees.
- Participants must ensure that all nomination questions specific to the category are fully answered.
Restrictions:
- Employees and immediate family members of the Awards Management, sponsors, or partners are not eligible to participate.
- The jury holds the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
- The jury’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or disputes will be entertained.
- The Awards Management reserves the right to update eligibility criteria at any time, with retrospective effect and without prior notice.
Winner Selection Process
- All entries that meet the eligibility criteria will be reviewed by the Awards Jury.
- The Jury’s decisions are final, binding, and not open to challenge or correspondence.
- Awards Management will facilitate the screening and presentation of shortlisted entries to the Jury.
- The Jury will evaluate entries and select finalists and winners based on pre-defined parameters.
- The shortlisted and winning entries may be featured on the Awards website, social media platforms, or other media, at the discretion of the Awards Management.
Winner Declaration & Communication
- The Awards Management reserves the right to offer or withdraw awards or prizes at any stage, even post-announcement.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during registration. Inability to verify identity or non-response may result in disqualification.
- A maximum of three contact attempts will be made within 30 days of the winner declaration.
- If unreachable, the award may be transferred to the next eligible finalist at the discretion of the Awards Management.
- Winners must submit valid government-issued photo ID and any other required documentation to claim their prize.
- Unclaimed prizes within 30 days will be forfeited.
Declaration & Content Usage
- By participating, nominees declare that all submitted information is true, complete, and duly verified.
- False or misleading data will lead to disqualification and potential legal action, including recovery of damages.
- Awards Management is authorised to use, display, and publish content from entries for promotional and marketing purposes across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Awards Management is not liable for failed communication due to:
- Network issues
- Wrong/inactive contact details
- Email delivery failure
- Poor mobile reception or call drops
Legal & Final Clauses
- In the event of any fraud or dishonest activity, the Awards Management reserves the right to deny gratification or take legal recourse.
- All disputes or claims regarding prizes must be directed to the Awards Management and will be resolved at their discretion.
- Participation in the Awards implies full acceptance of the terms, and no appeals or objections regarding jury decisions or final outcomes will be entertained.
- Submission Opening :- 1st June, 2025
- Submission Deadline :- 5th July, 2025
- Awards Night :- 20th July, 2025
- The award schedule is subject to change, extension, cancellation, or modification at the sole discretion of the Awards Management due to technical or operational reasons.
- All applications will be evaluated strictly according to pre-defined criteria set by the Awards Management, whose decision is final.
- The Awards Management’s decisions regarding evaluation, qualification, or disqualification of entries, based on the Jury’s recommendations, are final and binding.
- No claims, queries, or disputes concerning these decisions will be entertained.
General Terms & Conditions
- Participant confirms legal eligibility to enter and participate in the Awards and agrees to Terms & Conditions.
- Participation does not guarantee any prize or consideration.
- Participant is responsible for any infringement claims and indemnifies Awards Management against such claims.
- Participant grants Awards Management a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use submitted entries and related intellectual property.
- Awards Management may amend, withdraw, or add to Terms & Conditions at any time, with prospective or retrospective effect.
- Jury may cancel any category if no worthy participant is found or add nominees to maintain standards; decisions are final.
- Awards governed by Indian law; disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
- Issues not covered by these Terms will be decided by Awards Management or an appointed independent body, whose decision is final.
Publicity
- Participants consent to sharing of their personal information with third parties as needed for the Awards.
- Participants agree to participate in media/promotional activities at Awards Management’s expense.
- Awards Management may use participants’ names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Participants must approve any media interactions with press; unauthorised communication about the Awards is prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
- Participants must keep all Awards-related details confidential.
- Any photos/videos submitted become Awards Management’s property and may be used worldwide in perpetuity.
- Submitted content must not be obscene, defamatory, violent, or infringe on third-party rights; participants are liable for any violations.
- By accepting terms, participants allow Awards Management to use their name, likeness, voice, and comments for promotion without compensation.
Privacy
- Participants’ personal data (name, contact details, etc.) will be collected, processed, stored, and used for administering the Awards.
- Participants agree to transmission and storage of personal data by Awards Management and affiliates.
- All data is handled in accordance with the Global Young Leader Award Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
- Awards Management isn’t required to pre-screen entries but may investigate and disqualify entries if needed.
- They aren’t responsible for failures beyond their control or any losses related to participation or prizes.
- This agreement can only be changed in writing signed by both parties and doesn’t create any agency or partnership.
- Participants agree not to hold Awards Management or its affiliates liable for any claims or damages from participation or prizes.
