Judging Criteria

Nominees for GYLA 2025 are evaluated by an expert jury through comprehensive presentations showcasing their work and impact. The selection process focuses on leadership, innovation, social responsibility, and the potential for global influence.
Judges assess how effectively each individual drives meaningful change and inspires progress within their field and beyond.

Fairness & Integrity

To maintain the highest standards of integrity, our jury adheres to a strict code of conduct. Jurors do not evaluate entries in categories where there could be a conflict of interest. This ensures a transparent, unbiased, and credible selection process that honors only the most deserving individuals.

Confidentiality

All submitted materials remain confidential and are accessible only to authorized members of the jury panel. Only the nominee highlights and brief summaries will be made public during shortlisting and winner announcements. If selected, elements from your submission may be included in our official winner profiles, event documentation, and media coverage—with prior consent where necessary.
